I want a healthier way of life to have more energy for the things I like to do. I already quit smoking. I’m drinking coffee only on weekends, but I want to give it up for at least a period of time.
Chocolate is my weakness, I’m addicted to it. But I think I can survive without it for a month. Exercising… I have to get bsck to practicing yoga and swimming again. Dancing would be nice too. Maybe some weightlifting from time to time.
I want a radical change. If I can do it for a month, it will become a habit.
I’m really doing it! It’s now or never.
