So i just got on the scale a whooping 189.4. I normally try to avoid that thing cause it always sends me into a downward spiral of depression. But today was a little different. I decided not beat myself up about it but to fix it. I’ve tried a lot to quick fix diets that never get me pass the first week. So maybe i shouldn’t think pass the first week , month of year. Maybe i should stay in the moment. If i take it one day at a time (and stop calling it a diet) i could make an easier transition to a health life style change.
