8 pounds to go!
This is pretty awesome because I started somewhere between 143 and 145. That’s at least 10 pounds lost, maybe 12. Working on my feet is really working well for me, because I really haven’t been watching what I eat at all. I’m figuring that cutting out dairy for a week will help this even more.
Thinking about looking into joining a gym tomorrow too, and if I don’t I’m going to force myself to go running.
