ive been exercising a little bit. I am running/bike riding every monday, wednesday and friday. Then on tuesdays and thursdays i am doing jumping jacks, crunches and push ups. I also went grocery shopping last night so i dont have to eat out anymore! my gosh I already feel better! i just gotta keep it up!
