Well, TCOD is a group of MOSTLY dragons, but they also have werewolves, vampires, etc. I got the story from Invader [HummingBird] so this is how she explained it, and it makes perfect sense:

“The Dragon Council as we call them or, TCOD, CoD are a mixture of mythical creatures that had devised an ‘association’ their purpose was to watch over the spirit world and protect those who inhabit it. However, due to unknown reasons they had later turned corrupt now developing a more shady personality. They were either unhappy with the Human race because it was later that they began targeting them, not only ripping their spirit animals away but murdering them and what not. It is now that they are trying to seize control over this world but without us they would have already of grabbed it.”

Also, this is the list of things that tey’re doing [the main problems]

1. They kill many creatures [dragons, vampires, werewolves, etc] for no reason

2. they steal souls for no reason (yes, including animal spirits)

3. They’re trying to either kill or enslave all of the human race

4. They’re trying to take over the world

I hope you’ll help, we need everyone…

And maybe we can try to convince them to turn back to normal; if now, we have a war on our hands…
