I’ve been sketching clothes for as long as I remember, but I never to the time to learn how to sew. I ended up getting a sewing machine out of my parents this month (not purple, but wouldn’t that be wonderfully tacky?), so I want to finally learn how to actually make them.

I was thinking of starting with something simple, like distressing jeans. That seems like an easy way to start bringing my own touch to my wardrobe.
