well, technically not day one; i have been working on this goal for about 4 or 5 weeks now – and i’m a little disappointed so far…
but i will not give up now!
i must admit that the food i have been eating and regular exercise is not only going to result in a super hot bikini bod, but i am also feeling much more lively and healthier than i used to. :)
