Hot Yoga

So I recently took up doing hot yoga (which I absolutely LOVE). If you’re not familiar with hot yoga, its like regular yoga but you do it in a closed, insulated room kept at 40C (that’s 105F for you yanks out there!) and 40% humidity. So, not only are you doing moderate physical activity, its quite warm, so you sweat. A LOT. Since sweat is basically just water escaping your body, this new hobby has really encouraged me to increase my fluid intake. Mainly because trying to sweat when you’re completely dehydrated is an awfully stupid (and uncomfortable!) thing to do.
