So I’ve begun doing nightly meditation, just before bed, and I’ve started small, but how else does one begin a monumental lifestyle change, but at the beginning? I’ve been doing a breathing focus meditation so that I can practice keeping my mind on track. It’s been helping a great deal and each meditation has been lasting for about 7-10 minutes.
I realized each morning after waking that I had slept more peacefully and woke with a rejuvenated feeling that had been lacking before. Hoorah for meditation.
