After a couple weeks of being completely nocturnal (waking up at 5 pm, going to bed at 7 am) I finally managed to stay up a whole day and since then I’ve been up by 8 every day, most days by 7, and a few days as early as 4 (central time). This is very new for me, as I’ve never been a “morning person”. I’ve kept this up for a few weeks now. This tip, which was posted a few weeks ago has helped me a lot.
