I have never been good at this. I have always needed a partner. I have a marriage partner, but even now I want to learn to take care of myself better. I always look to everyone else’s needs first and it’s beginning to wear me down emotionally. They teach you in program to take care of yourself first and the rest will follow. I want to learn to do that.
