It took me a while but I’ve finally realized that someone you used to date, isn’t worth remembering. Especially if they treated you like shit. Move on and don’t try to feel bad about not wanting to be your friend. Remember the saying, “Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shamce on me.” and run away as fast as you can.
