update!

Hello fitness journal! I stopped writing here but did not stop exercising. In August I got a 2-year unlimited yoga pass, and have been aiming to go at least twice per week. I do write down when I go in the two-year mini-calendar in my purse for a visual reminder. During school it is more frequently only one yoga class per week, but that is still an improvement over the last two years of teaching.

And the best news…. HDL went up 20 points, to 65!! Wooooo!
