Nobody keeps budgets. We all say we do, but we don’t. We can’t depend on willpower. Instead, I suggest you look at a great book with an awful title: I Will Teach You to Be Rich (http://www.amazon.com/Will-Teach-You-To-Rich/dp/0761147489/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1392215692&sr=8-1&keywords=i+will+teach+you+to+be+rich).
Create systems so you don’t have to rely on willpower or “discipline.”

It’s not your fault budgets are hard. You just need the right information. Best of luck!
