loose 20 pounds
I am trying

Started Jan 2, and down about 9 pounds. Exercising MUCH more – walking 12 miles a week, cut out most sugar, doing non fat lattes. More protein, veggies, less starch. Snacks are fruits, but mostly baby carrots. Drinking a lot of water. Lunch is light when I can. Cut back on portion sizes. Also, got off the couch and started doing some of my other 43 (6) things. I had forgotten how much I like to read. And I remembered why I really didn’t like much of what was on TV.
