As a current “not speaking my mind” club member I’ve been having the same problem, only..I can speak my mind occasionally to certain people but not to ALL. I’m afraid of feeling guilty of something and other’s taking it personally. I don’t want to hurt people in the process of speaking my mind, and my ideas. It’s time to make a positive change, for my personal relationships. My family life. and Anything else that might come my way, I’d be gladly appreciative of anyone’s Ideas or insights of the matter.
