I did it. I had my first brew a week before christmas, and so it became my Christmas brew. a new tradition. It worked out relativily well. Not exactly what I remembered, and alote of it has to do with the different ingredents, which I plan on working that out on my next brew, buty all and all I believe it was a good brew. Some suggestions for those who are going down this same road, I would get flip top bottles that are specially made for brewing in. also I would straine the yeast water as you put it into the mix.
