My daughter bought me a tee shirt that says, “Sew many quilts, sew little time.” I want to make a lot of quilts before I die, so I’m just going to have to live a long life. I intend to get regular checkups at the doctor, dentist, and optometrist, maintain my weight, eat good foods, and keep moving.
