i believe iam overweight because i over eat in the evenings i have three healthy meals during the day then i cant stop eating chocolate crisps etc in the evening.I have made a news years resolution to stop this .I have kept to this for 3 nights and just need to keep motivated to keep doing it
how much weight do you wanna lose, and i’m really not being a smarty pants, but are you overweight, or do you just “think” you are overweight? the reason why i’m asking is cause i’ve been in both positions! it just sucks, cause not i’m actually overweight, instead of just thinking i am! lol
i am overweight by about 2 stones my dr has told me to try and lose weight for health reasons i wish i just thought i was!D0 you need to lose any weight?
