in light of certain recent discoveries, I’m gonna have to bump it up to daily cardio-vasc exercises.
in a week, it’s too easy to fall off the bandwagon when I’m only going out 3x. it’s too easy for me to push the 3 days to the end of the week, then fudge it because i have a bbq or work or something.
No. For my personality type, it’s got to be daily exercise, or I skip too often.
