Every time I review my goals, I sort of skip over this one – as if it will go away if I ignore it long enough. Not good. As soon as this rain stops and the roads aren’t just long rivers of mud I’ll start walking again. A 40 minute walk each day is nothing compared to the time I spend sleeping in, watching TV and surfing the net. If my middle-aged parents can start exercising again (they recently started doing pilates together xD) then I’m pretty sure I can too.

That's so cute!
Still tryin’ out new stuff together after so many years – what an inspiration! :D
happygrandma is back with a vengenance!
One of my great downfalls too
And I have a constant physical reminder when I don’t exercise enough. I wake up with leg cramps in the morning, not the most fun.
I don’t know why exercising is so hard for some people to do.
