This goal

is one that I decided to take on because my usual “I’ll lose 40 lbs by ___” just doesn’t work for me. It’s too overwhelming. I’m chunking it, aiming for 10 lbs. And I’m really trying to take it one day at a time, without mapping out any major long-term goals. So far, it’s working for me.

My final target is to lose 12 kilos (26 lb) but I don’t have any ‘deadline’. Hopefully by the end of April I’ll be much slimmer, that’s all I can expect. After all, keeping a healthy eating routine is an onging process, right?
