My lack of or real kitchen, just a small sink and one electric hotplate impeads me. Lack of familarity with products in local supermarkets also provides difficulties. Arriving home from work at 10:30pm gives me little incentive for cooking.
However, I would really love to be able to invite the girl Im seeing over for dinner and whip up something spectacular. To be able to do it multiple times with a variety of dishes would truely be impressive. Only spagetti currenly features as a presentable option.
