I bought yet another book to study Japanese, but this one is aimed specifically at the JLPT N5 level, and is very specific about what is going to be on the test. Also, continuing to work through the Genki textbooks, and review the Nakama material from my Japanese classes.
So, mostly just trying to practice grammar by writing blogs on Ameba, or on Lang-8 where native speakers can edit your entries to tell you where you went wrong. Also studying the Kanji from texts and by grade level, and words that I look up frequently.
Also joined a Japanese Meet Up group in my area, so I’ll have the chance to converse and learn from real people, face-to-face. :)
