The first time I saw Lisa she had a huge smile on her face. The smile burned itself into my mind’s eye, as it truly captures the essence of Lisa. She has a vitality and charisma that makes those around her feel the positive energy that she exudes.
Lisa has faced many challenges throughout her life. While others could be bogged down and mired in their past, Lisa confronts it and works through it. She uses those challenges as learning experiences, allowing her to grow into a stronger person.
Lisa has a zest for life. She is well-traveled, and educated. She is adventurous. She isn’t afraid to try things and fail, but always puts in her best effort and more often succeeds. She dances. She dances flamenco. She dances flamenco in front of people.
Lisa knows what she wants, and works toward it. She may take time off to do other things, but she returns to continue her pursuit and flourishes. She recognizes the importance of loving herself, as well as loving others. She values honesty, and gives it in return. She is a true friend.
I admire Lisa.
