Still going strong.

I’m down to 135, and I feel wonderful. The fasting is really doing me good, I’m full of energy, my skin is great and I’m shedding pounds. I’m doing it until January 31st, after that I’ll increase what I eat very slowly for about 2 weeks, so I won’t gain back right away.

And after that it will be the perfect time to finally integrate healthy eating in my normal lifestyle.

I went to McDonalds today to get burgers for my brother and Dad (not for me! haha) and was surprised (positively!) at how I couldn’t care less about the smell there. It wasn’t even very appitizing. I’m much more tempted by veggies and fruit, which (I think) is a good sign.
