I am tightening up! Haven’t really lost any weight, but feeling better.
I read that exercise is a main thing one can do to feel better from IBS, and these last few weeks confirm that for me. I don’t have really severe IBS anyway, but I notice a difference in my gut.
Anyway, this last week I worked out on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday. Yeah!
