my city is so expensive for somewhere even halfway decent. I don’t know how to start of small and work my way up, I want it now.. I have alot of saving to do ..

My advice: Dont be afraid to get in the game… I wish I had started earlier. You are still so young, your life and circumstances will certainly be changing in the next few years. Meanwhile, you will build equity, a credit rating and some savvy about real estate. I think its hard to make a terrible mistake here. Buy what you can afford and trade up as you are able.

come in a variety of ways. There are many theories regarding cheers and when you get them and why, but none of the theories have ever really been substantitively proved…
For example: someitmes I get cheers for adding a goal, or for completing a goal. If someone cheers me tiwce sometimes I get one cheer, sometimes two.
