I LOVE LOVE LOVE running. It’s the best way for me to release all my stress and anger. The thing is that I have ASTHMA!!! It sucks so much. I can’t run more than 10 minutes without coughing to the point where I feel like throwing up or wheezing to the point where I feel light-headed.
Sometimes, I wish that I never had asthma. But asthma is a life thing. I just have to learn to work around it.
I plan to join cross-country in the next school year. I have my own training plan where I run each day. It will take about 2 months for me to be able to run 30 minutes.
