i think, of course, that everyone has different ways in which they learn best. Perhaps you could compare it to a combination lock. While two people may even have some of the same numbers, they will be in a different order.

So, I wouldn’t want to say what is right for you… But… I know for me, giving up reading would only work if I felt a desire for that from inside. But I can see how modifying some habits around reading would be helpful. Like setting up times to read, lists to read, so that it doesn’t overcome other areas of life that also need tending to…
