I moved away 6 years ago and used to write letters to my old best friend constantly.. then we kind of just stopped! I would really like to wroite to her again cause we get on really well but i just can’t pluck out the courage or find the time to write it ! ARRGHH… silly me!!

try writing it without the intention of sending it? Just to see what happens, then if it turns out ok pop it in the post, or if you haven’t got the courage then get someone else to post it for you
