I’ve been working on this goal without even realizing it.
Tonight for dinner I made pasta and marinara sauce, but it was even just the stuff from the jar except I added chopped onions, artichoke hearts, and mushrooms to the sauce as well as basil and garlic.
I call this a baby step. I could have just microwaved the sauce and had it done with, but I made it my own. Gotta start somewhere.
