I mean towards myself and towards others, but I think they go hand in hand. It’s always easier to denounce something/someone as bad or wrong rather than to consider the situation more openly. I felt this was going quite well up until the last week. I’ve gotten very angry this last week!

Comments:

I have an anger mis-perception as well. However, I think some anger is only natural in certain situations and it takes time and practice to grasp the 1/4 of a second before we get angry and turn it to mindfulness instead.
