Its one of those ill habits of mine that irritate me the most.
A sign of not being confident of what i am speaking.It creates an impression of being unclear about the views i am proposing.
Though it may seem to be of lesser importance it can create a lot negative consequences.So i plan to stop using such phrases by the next month
