Pork Chops with Orange-Ginger Glaze

From the June/July issue of Cook’s Country

Tasty, fast, not extraordinary, but quick and easy for weeknights. I wanted more ginger flavour though – the recipe called for ground ginger. Next time, I think I’ll substitute fresh.
