Days 5 & 6

Hello again! Sorry I haven’t been able to update these last two days; been kinda busy. I finally went grocery shopping and definitely stocked up on healthier options for food; bought a lot of fruit. I went to a SPIN class on Friday for the first time in weeks; it was very good. Then, Saturday, I finally went to the gym as well. I went on some machines and went swimming, and now my body’s sore. :)
I’ve managed to lose two pounds after St. Patrick’s day, so that was good. Now, to get to the weight I was last week, lol. I’m going to try and go to another SPIN class on Monday since I’m working on a class project right now.

Friday 3/18:
Honey Bunches of Oats in reduced fat milk
1 slice of potato bread toast with strawberry jam
Chinese veggies in soup
Crackers and hummus
Pizza and cheesy breadsticks

Saturday 3/19:
Apple Cranberry Almond Oatmeal and Greek mango yogurt
Crackers and hummus
1 serving of tuna steak w 2 servings of rice
2 slices potato bread w strawberry jam
Jamaican beef patty w cheese, V8
