When I was sick, I didn’t eat much due to the nausea. What I did have was very simple- plain rice, toast, etc. Now that I’m back to eating more or less normally, I notice that I am a) eating smaller portions, and b) eating much less sugar.
I am almost loathe to say this, because I have started to reduce my sugar intake so many times and then failed that I feel like a hypocrite, but I believe that if I can maintain this momentum, I may change my bad habits for the better, and get more healthy as a result.
I have a great opportunity here- will I keep working for it, or will I blow it?
