Down 2.4, after being up 2.6 the previous week and up about 2 the week before.
I’ve been much better about carefully planning what I eat (packing a lunchbox/snackbox even when I’m not leaving the house is extremely helpful). I am also seriously training for a half marathon, so I’m much more focused in my running—-which means I’m running more.
Clearly I need a goal.
