Since the start of this goal I’m down a few pounds (maybe 4), but I’ve been stuck at my current wait for at least a month. The good news is that I don’t seem to gain weight easily, but the bad news is that I don’t seem to be sticking with a consistent effort that is yielding a loss. I’m really not sure why. Life is busy? I hate dieting? I’m not focused?
I think I’ll try to really stick with things this week and see if I’m down at all next week. I’ll take it one day at a time! Would love to be down my first 10 lbs by May 9th.
