There has to be a constructive way to deal with my anger. I probably have to find out what the anger is from first. Right now it is directed at co-workers. Everytime they agitate me I feel it. At least I don’t blow up on them, but it dosn’t do me any good to keep it in.
turn that anger into creation. use mediums such as song writing, painting, drawing, etc.

I know exactly how you feel. You need to find a release. For me its either running or listening to music. Find whatever works for you.
