aghhh! I gained back 5 pounds and lost back down 2.5, but i hate that it’s really all just correction and no new weight loss. how depressing! at least i’m not still gaining more…har har. newest goal: 185 by April 30th. If I really just stick to a certain number of cal’s everyday, the weight will surely fall back off. so i wana be 185 by april 30th and 170 by May 31st. let’s do it to it.
