Started to save – at this rate it’s going to take some time to get a healthy emergency fund (I’m hoping for $30k). So far I have 2k. However all the savings isn’t going into the emerg fund. Both my husband and I are adding to our RRSPs and we put money away for our daughter. Not yet an RESP but we hope to soon. Also a regular savings for things outside emergencies. We had a nice beginning to that but we just had out driveway redone with ate up a majority of it.
