Step one is to find your spirit animal if you are a therian. If you are a werewolf, I am not sure what the step is there. Therians and werewolves are tow different species and go about shifting in different ways. A therian has to Mentally shift to a wolf state of mind before physically shift into a wolf state. Werewolves just have to physically shift, because they are permanently in a wolf state of mind. Therians require tons of practice of the M Shift before even thinking about a p shift. Werewolves, it comes to them naturally, unless I am mistaken. Constant contact with your spirit animal is required for a therian to have a state of mind to shift to. Again therians have it a lot harder than a werewolf does when it comes to shifting. Please identify what species you are before attempting either method. Knowing what you are determines wether you have a spirit animal or not and if you need to Mshift or not. I hope this helps you.

first consentrate on one body part at a time. its helpfull to have a pic. of one. also it helps to be in the bathtub with hot water.. idk how but it helps picture your hands changeing into faws FEEL it happing…. i think thats all but if i remenber anything i will tell you
