It’s easiest at Christmas when EVERYONE is hiring, especially retailers. I got my first job at a jobs fair at a nearby mall – look out for those, all the stores will be giving out application forms and taking names – it’s a great way to get a few offers. Now that my temping period’s timed out, I have to get another one – eek!
