agitate people in my job so they make a revolution (read all 3 entries…)
its all about justice... 3 years ago

And fairness. The so-called “authorities” of the U I work in don’t care about the students, never ask them about anything, never tell them (or us, the teachers!) what they are going to do and have the stupid habit of suddenly changing the rules and firing people without notice.

So I’m trying to get the students organized to make a protest about it! Not easy, but very worth the effort!

viva la revolucion!

wow, that’s cool. But just so you know, the administrators at my job also don’t care about the staff, they just do whatever they please. Once, I came back from vacation and a guy was sitting at my desk, removing my printer. Apparently, while I was away for a week, it was decided that my printer would be better used elsewhere. I was pretty upset and fought to keep my equipment in place. Our staff always looks clueless b/c we have not been told of changes. I totally support your stance but you may end up fired yourself. Would that be ok with you, if worse comes to worse?

yes, that sucks

i understand you… its very frustrating when the bosses step over you to get something without even asking.

of course, i know i may get fired. in fact, i’ve been sending resumes and looking for other jobs in the last two weeks. I’ve rather be fired and give the good fight than stay in a job so utterly disrespectful.
tnx for the support!
