Helen Mary Labao revisiting goals anew...

read all the books I have before buying even one more (read all 4 entries…)
one at a time...one at a time...rawr!

okay, so all those books are by my bedside and some are on my bed! this is crazy. i still have an entire folder of e-books on my hard disk. this is crazy! i don’t know what to do. >_< I should start with one book at a time. Last night, I started reading a book on improving one’s writing skills. I hope to finish it this week.

I also decided to get reinforcements from habitforge.com so that I can commit to reading a minimum of 15 pages per day.

I hope this habitforge thing works with my 43things.

awesome!

wow! Did you enroll or buy the self-course on Photoreading? How fabulous! As a genuine bookworm, this will really help me. But it’s quite expensive, not to mention hard to access because I am on the other side of the world. I think the cost of the course is worth around three months of my full day job salary. But knowing that such a technique exists excites me. Thank you so much for this!

I am happy to share :)

I'd suggest reading many at a time

I have about 6 books I read consecutively. I never have a genuine interest in any of the books (reading takes too long),

So I read a book that interests me during my reading time. I continue where I left off.

The genres are all different too to keep variety: self-help, comics, computers, government improvement.
