only eat when I'm hungry
Love this!

I hate dieting, but this is way better. I am eating healthy, only when I’m hungry, but I know I can eat what I want. No deprivation! I’ll report back in another week with an update.

Hanging in there

I still think this is the way to go, but it is definitely challenging at times. I am trying to keep a journal of what I am eating, when, and why, and that helps a lot.
