This is a most stress-full Monday, and my anxiety is going through the roof. The only thing that helps me keep my sanity is that tomorrow is my buffer day AND training day!

Today:
  • Wake up at 6 at the latest
  • Put together strawberry trifle and turkey fajitas pre-7 am
  • Bank
  • Drive to work and do what needs to be donewas seriously brain-dead; luckily no serious harm was done
  • No rest today – get home guest-ready – clean and tidy up
  • Finish cooking
  • Trash + recyclables downstairs
  • Shine sink
  • Walk50 minutes in the afternoon
