Wicca is NOT witchcraft! Many people mistakenly blur the line between the two, and it’s really just sad, as well as makes them look like morons to the real witches out there.
You practice witchcraft for power, to get what you want. This is a simple truth that goes beyond what you read at first. You become a witch to gain control of your life and to be the master of your entire being, body mind and soul. This is not done through a pact with the devil, though you could technically do it that way.
Wicca is a religion/way of life that also involves magic, except this magic is purely for “good” means. Witch witchcraft, you do hex and curse people, and, honestly, there is no “karma” associated with it. You heard me. You only get kicked in the butt by magic if you horrendously screw up. There are set rules to follow so that you don’t hurt yourself.
It’s like waving around a knife. Hold it by the handle and point it away like you’re supposed to do and you’re fine. Hold it by the blade and you’ll soon find yourself in a hospital.
You don’t become a witch by “shunning God”, or not being Christian. This is a lie. You become a witch by a real, actual decision on your part, you are not born a witch either, though you can have varying potential.
How do I know all this about witchcraft? Simple. I’m a teenage witch. No, I do not hang out in a dark cellar in a cloak with a dagger and boiling pot. I have simply developed by soul and mind to the point where I can manifest what I want with pretty much no effort at all. This is evident by the fact I’m very successful in school, well on my way to college (Have gotten many, many college campus invites, from very prestigious schools) and I really have a great life.
And yes, I hex and curse the shizz nizz out of people I don’t like, as well as cause good things to happen for the people I do like.
The secret? Not any sort of initiation or fasting or special rite; the only thing you need to be a talented witch and have a great life is will power and the ability to direct energy.
Yup, that’s it. Chants, spells, and rituals are all just supplementary.
Now, go and be a witch if you still think you’re up for it.
