Didn’t sleep well last night. The upstairs neighbors returned home at 4 and somehow managed to make reccuring beeping noises. Then hubby’s alarm clock made weird scratchy noises. Finally I managed to get back to sleep at 6 – when I should be getting up.

Today:
  • Drive to work and do what needs to be done
  • Walk at the track – even if reluctantly
  • Cook
  • Deal with the usual suspects laundry et al
  • Keep my cool
